Avoid bmp images; jpegs are the smallest in size.
Hyperlinks to other files and URLs won’t work with Flash. They will appear as images only.
Note that AuthorPoint Lite may create errors with Office 2007 and/or large files.
Should you experience any errors in converting to Flash, close all programs, re-open AuthorPoint Lite , and import your PowerPoint file.
