We can effectively utilise the modern IT Tools in the profession of a Trainer/Teacher. In learning any subject and in preserving the once performed teaching sessions for future reference the internet and such other tools are very effective. The smart class room is now becoming popular. I am an experienced trainer of "IT Tools enhanced teaching and learning" which is little above the subject Tech Pedagogy. How to use related websites, how to utilise blogging, how to effectively make use of an interactive white board and other such tools etc. are demonstrated here.
