Start introducing ICT soon in the course but little by little, maybe with 1 group, but slowly try a variety of ICT tools out. Plan ahead. Use the ICT tool yourself first, check for appropriacy (especially Websites and videos) and have a backup plan should things go wrong. Have clear aims for the lesson and goals for your students. How is this class going to help your students linguistically? Get feedback from students on the ICT tools you’ve used in class and ask them for help should you need it. If a colleague is using ICT in the class, ask if you can sit in and observe the lesson.
