Dear Mrs. Cepas:
I am writing this letter with desperation and hope to resolve various payroll errors in my paycheck over the past two months. When I first realized that my paycheck was short of pay, I notified Mr. Greg Gomez who is the Operations General Manager. Mr. Gomez reassured me that the money would be corrected on my next paycheck in September when this first issue began. The Affiliated Computer Services, General Manager was also aware of my payroll issues dated from September 26, 2008-October 24, 2008. During the fore-mentioned unpaid payroll dates, I notified management, yet my payroll checks continued to be short of pay for worked hours. I have notified corporate payroll and several Managers in regards to my unpaid work hours. After numerous attempts to seek help through the appropriate corporate ladder, I contacted the Ethics Department and created a dispute to investigate my unpaid wages.
Needless to say, my unpaid work salary has not been addressed from anyone in management. Regretfully, due to no response from management, I have consulted an Attorney. The unpaid wages has placed me in a financial hardship which caused the loss of my storage unit with Public Storage who have since sold all of my families household goods. Due to the lack of this income it has also prevented me from other financial responsibilities and special provisions for my children.
While I enjoy and appreciate my work, I have been employed with ACS for seven months and was informed that I would receive Sales Incentives and Bonuses, but I have never been compensated for any of my Sales achievements.
I would greatly appreciate a written response concerning these issues not later that Friday, October 7, 2008. Thank you in advance for your prompt consideration.
Thank You,
Kermetha C. Hickman
