Graduate Application
Official College Transcripts
Two attitude and disposition recommendations

Students may be provisionally accepted with degree bearing transcripts.
MEIT-Online Financial Aid : MEIT-Online Financial Aid Students must complete the following requirements for financial aid:
Free Application for Federal Student Aid. www.fafsa.ed.gov
Applications take 2-4 weeks to be reported to our financial aid office.
Students will be notified once their application has been received.
Must complete the 2009-2010 application.
MEIT-Online Financial Aid : MEIT-Online Financial Aid When completing the FAFSA application please include our school code- 003837.
You will be directed to also complete the MPN, Entrance Counseling Exam, and Stritch F.A. application by our financial aid office.
Students are eligible for $20,500 in aid each academic year.

MEIT-Online Payment Schedules : MEIT-Online Payment Schedules The payment schedules for the MEIT-Online program have been emailed to you.
These schedules breakdown the total tuition owed per semester and for the entire program.
Contains information on semester and monthly payment options for students.
Students are locked in at the $450/credit rate through the length of the program unless they withdraw from the program and join at a later date.
MEIT-Online Withdraw Procedures : MEIT-Online Withdraw Procedures If at any time you must withdraw from the program or class please do the following:
Contact Louis Loeffler immediately so a course or program withdraw form may be completed.
Students will continued to be charged for classes until this form is completed and signed.
Students have seven years to complete the program from the time they start the first class. May rejoin a different cohort if forced to withdraw during a previous semester.
MEIT-Online MyStritch Account : MEIT-Online MyStritch Account Once students are accepted to the MEIT-Online program you will have access to your wolfmail and MyStritch accounts.
Must use your Stritch User ID and password to access email and MyStritch account.
May call the IT Help Desk to reset passwords for your account at 414-410-4600.
Can be used to make tuition payments, check grades, check on financial aid, etc.
MEIT-Online ID Cards : MEIT-Online ID Cards Students will be receiving their Stritch ID cards through the mail soon.
This is a picture-less ID card which will contain your Stritch ID.
Can be used for discounts or to attend functions at our main campus.
Must be at least provisionally accepted into the program to receive your ID cards.
Used also to login to the online library system.

MEIT-Online Transfer Credits : MEIT-Online Transfer Credits Six to nine credits may be transferred into Stritch graduate programs.
Students may need to provide course descriptions and course syllabi for review.
Louis Loeffler will okay course transferability.
A course waiver form must be signed by Louis Loeffler for the transfer.
Students simply sit out when a transfer course is being offered and join the cohort for the next class.
