Romney-1 Nephi 3:7

Pres. Marion G. Romney, Counselor in the First Presidency said: How marvelous it would be if, when [we] must make a decision, there would flash into [our] minds, from long and intimate association with [us], the words of Nephi: “I will go and do the things which the Lord hath commanded, for I know that the Lord giveth no commandments unto the children of men, save he shall prepare a way for them that they may accomplish the thing which he commandeth them” ( 1 Ne. 3:7). And when the going gets rough and temptation to abandon the course of righteousness presses upon [us], [we] might think of [Nephi’s] plea to his wayward brothers: “Let us be faithful,” he said, “in keeping the commandments of the Lord; for behold he is mightier than all the earth, then why not mightier than Laban and his fifty, yea, or even than his tens of thousands?” ( 1 Ne. 4:1; see also  1 Ne. 3:15).
