intro
AIESEC in Latvia
Hey OC recruitment TeaM!
Remember, tracking is one of the tools that ensures our T subsystems and assissts us in defining steps taken in it.
As you know, before recruiting new members into AIESEC we did the following:
1. Defined LC numeric goals for 2009-2010;
2. Planned LC activities to run in 2009-2010 (T goal setting and orientation, clarified number of people with a clear JD)
3. Finalized T planning: did reallocation of current members and provided them with a clear JD; finished MPP
4. Recruitment objectives are included into your MPP- review them once again to be sure we will recruit newies
with right profiles!
of recruitment
7. T allocation: at this stage we must be sure we provide every member (both newies and oldies!) with a clear JD,
allocate members in accordance with GCM, and immediately start involving newies into GLE!
and oldies will continue gaining their new leadership skills and competencies!
This sample is for your RISA 2009: to support your Recruitment, Induction, Selection and Allocation processes tracking.
5. T selection: selection methods and expected competencies/behaviours in potential members
6. T induction: Global Induction framework, criteria for T induction and actions to do during this stage
8. NTS: National Training Seminar is 1st national conference for newies where they will start their journey in AIESEC XP,
So, make sure you collect RISA data on time- it'll ease your work in the future!
Good luck!
