Training on Centralized PGRAMS In association with NIC, DARPG is organizing ½ a day training programme for the Public Grievance Officers of various Ministries and Departments on Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS). In this training programme, 2 persons from the Ministry/Department will be attending. The HODs of NIC of the respective Ministries /Departments may nominate one person each for the training on CPGRAMS.
