What am I doing? : What am I doing? Creating the new weight loss program of how to lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks A program that can be handed off into the hands of each corporations wellness team and implemented by them, rather then having one of our employees there each week Each week includes an educational piece as well as a weekly challenge to accomplish Examples of challenges include, logging food in a food diary, counting calories, measuring food into serving sizes, increasing intensity of physical activity by specific times, and many more
