DPA Policy 14.02 : DPA Policy 14.02 A nonlawyer assistant shall not engage in the unauthorized practice of law. Failure to adhere to this policy by any DPA employee could result in discipline by DPA pursuant to KRS Chapter 18A and its regulations.
