If the meeting has no clear purpose. Unprepared members. If it is too crowded… If there is no agenda in the meeting… Bad timed meetings… Unsuccesful meeting leaders. Meeting with out any result.

If there is no clear purpose, ask your self if you can manage it in different ways. This is esspecially important for weekly EB meetings,CC meetings or any team meeting. If the meeting has no clear purpose, it makes membes demotivation.

Slide 5 : If the leader of the managers, can send the agenda of the meeting and ask the members if they need to add any thing it can be nice. The leader of the meeting should check the agenda and his preparations before 1 hour of the meeting. All members should come to the meeting with their notebook. Gold rules for efficent meetings.

Any discussion or decision shouldnt talked bye the team members at outside Running the meeting is all team’s responsibility. In the meeting every body has to wait till the other finishes their sentences. Defining the meeting duration is so important. Long meetings never means efficent. Gold rules for efficent meetings.

Slide 7 : You can evulate the meeting with its result. After each meeting, you should make a to do list? Some times we loose our focus in the meeting. As a leader of the meeting you should be carefull about it. If you loose the focus it cause wasting time. Some times people can have different ideas at the same topic. That can be a reason for arguments in the team,even if they shout at each other, you should be sure that still you have the controll. Gold rules for efficent meetings.
