Petulantly Unreasonably irritable or ill-tempered; peevish Irony – - the mildly sarcastic use of words to imply the opposite of what they normally mean - a situation or result that is the direct opposite of what was expected or intended [Greek eirōneia] Pay attention to the setting in the story. Notice colors used. Think about the definition of liberty. How does it apply to this story? Are the towns people free from restriction or control?
