From there a person can select a tweet as a favorite so they can see they selected update anytime they want. Also from the timeline screen a person can reply to a person’s update, which allows a lot of interaction between users.
Users are also able to send private messages to other users rather than public ones
Followers : Followers To get people updates, or tweets, a person would have to subscribe to them or become a follower.
Find People : Find People Twitter allows users to find friends and family or anyone or anything else that uses Twitter by typing in they user name or their actual name.

Also, you can post links to videos and other things that are online to direct people.
Trending Topics : Trending Topics Also, located on the side panel of the home page of the website when an user is logged in is a section called Trending Topics that shows a list of things a lot of people are talking about.
