Slide4 : Click on Sessions tab to access your WiZiQ Calendar

Checking Session Schedule : Checking Session Schedule All your sessions for the current week Your past, current and upcoming sessions are differentiated through different colors Use these links to see schedule for past and coming weeks Use month control to view session schedule for previous and following months

Viewing Session Details : Viewing Session Details Click on the scheduled session Click here to view the session details

Adding More Attendees : Adding More Attendees Click here to invite more attendees to the scheduled session Select attendees you want to add Click here to invite and send emails to attendees

Canceling a scheduled session : Canceling a scheduled session Click here to cancel the session You can not cancel a session if it has started The attendees are informed for the session cancellation

Scheduling session : Scheduling session Click on the cell to select date and time Enter the session and attendees’ details and Schedule The session gets scheduled and emails are sent to the attendees You can not schedule a session if for that time slot you or any of your attendees has already a session scheduled In attendees, you can select the names of your WiZiQ contacts or enter the email addresses of other contacts

Launching session : Launching session Click here to launch your scheduled session
