pronouns : pronouns Subject personal pronouns: I you he she it we they
Object personal pronoun: me you him her it us them
Possessive pronouns: mine yours his hers ours and theirs
We use pronouns to help nouns and to avoid repetition of noun: I introduce you to my friend Ramya. She is from India.
We use subject pronoun before verb or prepositions: I have had lots relatives staying with me here.
We use possessive pronoun to replace a possessive determiner and a noun: I don’t have a phone here. Can I use yours?

Uses:
When the subject and the objet of the verb are the same: you can prepare yourself the packed lunch if you like.
To add emphasis to the subject or object: I clean the kitchen by myself
After some set expressions in the imperative with yourself/yourselves: help yourself look after yourself enjoy yourself
