IELTS Reading : How to Find Answers
Description
Time is an enemy on the IELTS test. Vocabulary and topic knowledge are often determined by good luck. It is important to approach IELTS reading in a systematic way and not get drawn into attempting to gain an in-depth understanding of any particular reading. You want to find the answers and move on. Remember the answers are right in front of your face (or not in the case of “Not Given”). All you have to do is find them. This presentation offers a strategy for completing the IELTS Reading portion. It begins with a description of 10 steps you can use for all three readings, followed by a description of a slightly different approach for the third reading compared to the first two if you find that time is short. If you have time to practice it before you write your test, it may prove valuable to you.
