Slide2 : Builders Center of Chicago Concept Introduction Builders Center of Chicago (BCC) can deliver exceptional opportunities and cost effective products and services because of its structure and unique concept execution. Builders Center houses under one roof various companies which employ professionals from all facets of the Real Estate Industry. Some of the functions that are currently under the BCC roof are: Thought-to-finish RE Development, General Contracting, Construction sub-contracting (custom mirror / glassworks and drywall-out finishing), Real Estate Brokerage, Mortgage Lending , Retail Showroom, Material & Product Importing, and Professional Space Planning & Interior Design Studio. This is just the beginning with much more to come. Since it’s a blooming business, there are investment/partnership opportunities in many directions within BCC. For example: one may make a general investment in BCC, receiving guaranteed interest and return, purchase RE unit inventory at builder-direct pricing with tenant procurement & rent guarantee options, or partner on any of our current, planned and future residential and mixed-use developments.
