External positioning (on-line presence, network of stakeholders)

Preparation: before expansion starts : Preparation: before expansion starts To run the process smoothly: Ensure excitement around expansion topic (members understand why, experience sharing, R&R etc.) Have a clear framework for the feasibility study If MC is the entity interested – open the application to get LC-support for the expansion initiative Have benefits for the support entity (results done by expansion are counted as LC results before expansion becomes LC, clear policy of getting financial investments back etc.)

Goals: financial support, people Make an interview with people interested proposed by university/ other leadership organizations/ relatives of alumni/ people that were interested to open AIESEC in the city. Goal: select first members of initiative group ! Ensure the product is created and contracts exist

TOGETHER: CEEDer+first expansions members : TOGETHER: CEEDer+first expansions members Induction seminar (if it is possible to send people to the support LC induction seminar/ bring as faci experienced members from this LC) Contacts with potential partners Make a first recruitment Create a simple and clear plan CEEDer has to leave members results to follow-up (raised TNs, agrement with university to select and send EPs etc.) Motivation to come to regional/ national conference First steps

Coaching : Coaching Better to have as a coach person with LCP XP/ very diverse XP (needs to provide knowledge in all functional areas) Very close follow-up (calling them/ chatting every day) Set very clear and simple goals, get a commitment, ensure concrete steps to reach this goals Functional coaching from LC support (help desk ;) ) Help to find CEEDers, invest the first incomes for members to go to national conferences
