Why X+LR experiences? : Why X+LR experiences?

Before... : Before... Clear division of responsibilities – who is responsible for the X+LR goal? What is the goal based on? Is it ambitious?

Planning : Planning Include X+L in your plan Define profile of the people for X+L Target high school students (when, how?) LC structures: short term projects, opportunities for returnees OGX goals for each projects and EB Plan Sending people for X while they are on their leadership roles Plan CEED + X programs Sign partnerships with universities in your city Strike X partnerships with other LCs/Cys

Packaging : Packaging Use X+LR „I’m an AIESECer” stories Proper profile Proper placing of the posters Sell X+LR as a separate product, possible AIESEC XP path People with X+LR experience on the stands Update your webpage, include all dates and important deadlines Sell X+LR as a high quality product To students To externals (conferences, mentoring, etc.)
