Depending upon the person to whom you are talking, informal English can be used.
Not much importance is given to the grammatical aspects.

They are overlapping.
When you concentrate on developing one, you, automatically, are working on other skills as well.
While listening and reading are passive skills, speaking and writing are active skills.

It is also very interesting and amusing to listen to kids when they are talking with their friends. You can learn a lot from them.
Read newspapers or books in English. You get good vocabulary. It is one way to gain confidence to speak.
Write a diary before going to sleep. Mention what steps you have taken to improve your English. And also what you learnt that day.
