~OGX Transition Booklet~
1. What’s Transition?
2. Transition Flow
Well designed transition process should lead to increasing responsibilities overtaken by Incoming EB by decreasing responsibilities of the Outgoing EB. At the end of the good transition process new executive body should be fully capable to run the LC by themselves.
Effective transition should consist of both theoretical part (sessions and workshops for knowledge and skills building) practical part (on the job training).
Practical part is even more important that the theoretical one cause it gives an opportunity to gain experience critical to perform in certain role!
3. Transition Objective
LC Perspective Elects Perspective Currents Perspective LC keeps the continuity in processes and performance.
Necessary steps are made to prevent that past mistakes are repeated.
Innovate from what was built.
Elects get a clear picture of how the term that lies ahead can look like in terms of timing;
Elects have all the information necessary to lead their LC.
Elects have the necessary skills and process knowledge to achieve their objectives;
Currents have a chance to evaluate their work;

Currents complete their work - if not the operative completion then at least pass on their ideas;
