How to put up projects for alumni donations? : How to put up projects for alumni donations? 1.Go to “Donations”/ Create Donation” 2. Put a link to the project wiki 3. Select the dates during which this pledge for donations will be visible to alumni
Things to Keep in Mind : Things to Keep in Mind Only AI/ GN boards/ MC EBs have the right to put up projects for donations.
LC Projects should be added by MC EB users, e.g. LCs should send their projects to MC to put on the system & MCs should request projects for donation from their LCs. This ensures MCs have control over the type of projects we are approaching alumni with.
Things to Keep in Mind : Things to Keep in Mind Any money received will be added to country balances if not otherwise required
The amount which will be transferred will be the donated amount minus any bank charges and 5 % administration fees kept by AI as per decision of the global plenary, IPM ‘09
