For an Internal Communication Strategy For an Internal Communication Plan Supporting your general vision and plan (AIESEC 2010, MC plan...). Focus on one major problem in your country/LC that can be improved through better communication! What kind of relationships do you need to establish to achieve your organizational goals? (AIESEC Ne What is the channels/tools to reach your audience? A channel or a tool is a medium of communication, the instrument that you can use to reach your audience. Which channels do you want to agree to use with your audience? National EB Group on MyAIESEC.net National Conferences National Functional Forums LC Visits E-Mail & Phone Which are the most effective channels to reach your audience? LCVPs: National functional forums, national conferences Members: National conferences, National News Students: National Website and IT Labs in the University. Who will do what, when and where to make sure that the key messages are communicated effectively through the channels to the audience? The tactic is the manner in which you use the tool. Generally, each channel offers specific tactical options, experience with each channel or GCPs are key!. What kind of regular communication do you plan to interact with them? MC News every week. (Set an strategic structure of the newsletter)  National Conferences 4 times a year. Monthly updates/reports in the national forums. (MC Call Center Wiki) Campaigns on specific topics planned in the calendar. (Using internal and external tools such as Skype, Videos, MSN, e-mail, LC Calling/Visits) How do you plan to use your channels to communicate your key messages through the channels? LCVPs: Release of a toolkit, open a national competition, Education on X-TM-Comm synergies (COMM Plan). Members: Showcasing opportunities, returnees & benefits on conference. Screensavers in the PCs at the IT Lab.      Specific milestones, including preparation activities and budget/resources needed For each tactic you have selected, you need to identify whose responsibility it is to complete it and a timeframe for its completion (or a schedule if it is a regular task).  Use an excel sheet, calendar, Gantt chart or similar to compile them.
