Definition : Definition Interpersonal skills are how people relate to one another Interpersonal skills are those essential skills involved in dealing with and relating to other people, largely on a one-to-one basis An interpersonal relationship is a relatively long-term association between two or more people. This association may be based on emotions like love and liking, regular business interactions, or some other type of social commitment. At workplace – respect will enable to reduce conflict and increase participation or assistance in obtaining information or completing tasks Eg: “Excuse me, are you busy? I have an urgent matter to discuss with you, if you have time at the moment”

Bankers : Bankers On first visit explain about organization's mission and vision Visit bank at least once in a month as a courtesy visit Don’t send customers to bank on last minutes during disbursements. If it is inevitable inform banker in advance. It should not be the practice Instruct your FX and LSA to behave with banker professionally/decently. Their misbehave will spoil the organization’s reputation Explain about the guidelines of audit to get bank statement weekly which is required to do Bank Reconciliation Statement. Weekly UA should visit bank and bring statement Invite Banker to office during special occasions/ceremonies Give diaries in new year. Exchange presentations on occasions

Customers : Customers A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption of our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider to our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him. He is doing us a favour by giving us the opportunity to do so.
