Case Study (Susan) : Case Study (Susan) Susan was an imports specialist with a multinational mining and manufacturing company. There are many opportunities for travel and work abroad, something that appeals to Susan.

Case Study (Susan) : Case Study (Susan) Although she is confident that her job skills are among the best in the department, she correctly assumes that her inexperience might limit her chances for the highly sought-after international assignments.

Case Study (Susan) : Case Study (Susan) Susan knows that one of the best ways to demonstrate maturity and commitment to the organization is to improve her level of professionalism. eLearning courses that focus on helping her improve her level of professionalism are referred to as “soft skill” courses.
