Initially people start their exploration, experimentation with full source of energy and enthusiasm and down the line they think they haven’t got the desired benefits of agile. They generally conclude we tried agile and it is not really working for us or it is not for our project. It is human mentality to expect the instant result in every aspect of life... called "instant gratification". In IT Industry customers also want instant results/deliveries. In addition to instant results mentality, most of the time we are not 100% ready to accept any new change despite of knowing its benefits. This is applicable to our personal life also. The outcome or benefits or success we generally get as per our hard work, commitment, dedication we have shown and the transition strategy which have used. Various delivery methods can be used to help in this transition process. Change can come quickly and can be difficult to deal with.
