Troubleshooting : Troubleshooting How do I check if my presentation or PDF is corrupt? To check if the PPT is corrupt: Open your presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint. Go to File Menu and then ‘Save as web page’. If the file gets successfully saved as a web page, your presentation is fine and if Microsoft PowerPoint crashes it means the file is corrupt. To check if the PDF is corrupt: Open your PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Go to File Menu and then click ‘Save As’. If the file gets successfully saved as any file format, your document is fine and if it does not, it means the file is corrupt.
