Connecting Online 4 Face-to-Face Meetings

Dr. Nellie Deutsch and Dr. Ludmila Smirnova have been collaborating since 2008. They present online and face-to-face, write books, moderate sessions on WizIQ, design and facilitate courses, and provide mentorships to 1000s of educators around the world. They began their journey on WizIQ and have met face-to-face a few times to present at conferences around the world.

Relationship-based collaborative learning, caring for others, and peaceful coexistence are values that connect and motivate the presenters. In this session, Nellie and Ludmila will provide the background and share the technology they use for online communication and collaborative learning. The technology includes, WizIQ, Wikieducator, Moodle, google docs, Ning & Facebook social networks, google chat, and Skype.
