Be flexible: Keep in mind your requirements, but try to be as flexible as possible when matching – especially on the regions and countries

Make sure your CV and motivational letter suit the job you are applying for it only takes a few minutes to customize your documents, and it can make a big difference when you are applying! HIGH QUALITY CVs! 6. Use a sample promotion email It is a good idea to provide ENOUGH information in the emails you send. 7. Know what you want! Before starting the matching process – it is important to know exactly what you want out of your experience – set expectations with your VPX 8. Create Contact List: add TN manager, VPs ICX, MCVPs X to your chat lists and contact them often.

Tips for EPs : Tips for EPs 8. Be resourceful: If there is an internship you really want and the TN manager is not replying to emails, try to call the LC office or send a text message to the TN Manager. You can find contact information in the networking page of myaiesec.net 9. Understand your role: Read carefully the IXQPS and ask your VPX if you have any questions! 10. Use search/match option: Let the system do the work and use this option to limit your searching! 11. Connect with the Network: Use Available Forms Tracker launched monthly by AI and subscribe to Classifieds in order to receive TN promotional messages

These TIPS for Eps are not helping at all … ! : These TIPS for Eps are not helping at all … ! IF TIPS ARE NOT WORKING OUT, YOU SHOULD DO THE FOLLOWING: Review your EP form and check backgrounds, skills, languages and territory preferences; if these preferences are not competitive, you must updated them or limit your scope. Check your CV ! Remember that TN managers show mostly CVs not EP forms Be honest and compare your profile with the type of internships you´re applying for. Maybe, TN expectations are higher than your profile´s offer. If ALL THIS IS NOT WORKING AT ALL, maybe the EP is not suitable with the current demands.
