Description
General nonlinear autonomous systems is introduced in this video lecture. An autonomous system is the same thing as a vector field. A solution is a vector valued function u(t) whose velocity vector at each point it goes through is given by the value of the vector field at that point. Equilibria and Linearization of the system are discussed here. Application of the matrix method is shown by solving problems.
