Description
Weight function and transfer function are discussed with example. From this module it is clear that In the s-domain, the system response is obtained by multiplying by the transfer function. Unit input signals are explained. The impulse of a variable force acting for certain time is calculated as per the physicists. There is a sudden very brief very intense force, rather like getting hit on the head by a hammer. The effect is to increase the momentum instantaneously, without changing the position. Under such conditions when the momentum increases by 1, then it is known as a unit impulse.
