3-4 inches in length
life span in captivity of 10-20 years
nocturnal
males have nuptial pads; amplexus
coloration ranges from green to blue to brown
are able to change colors based on temperature and stress
About Gollum... : About Gollum... Diet:
Are fed once every 3 days to prevent obesity. When obesity occurs (which is common for this species) the supratympanic ridges cover the frog’s eyes, blinding them.
Majority of diet consists of crickets.
Excess calcium and other vitamins causes non-reversible kidney disease
