Shop4silver offers you a wide range of jewellery items, bangles, bracelets, brooches, charms, earrings, necklaces, pendants, rings, body jewellery, men’s jewellery, toe rings and ankle chains.  Our ranges include Baltic amber in cognac and green, traditional and modern designs in celtic silver jewellery, and a beautiful selection of vintage style Art Deco that is hugely popular.Problems:We faced during the last three years the following problems: Marketing:A decrease in the sales of the company, and we need some changes in the marketing methods and policies. Networking:The company network suffers from problems like Connectivity Problem, Cable Problem, Widening the network problem. Communication:Problems in the communication between workers inside the company and the workers with the customers. Security:Problems in protecting the company and customer information and the security system need to be improved.We need your company to study Shop4Silver company problems and find some solutions to improve its sales. The company is opened for your expertise in order to look and discuss the problems with the company council. At the end of the project:Your company will invite the Shop4Silver jewellery company and prepare a final presentation to explain all your solutions for them. This will be done by the whole group.
