This is a photo of a controversial tower in Haifa by the name - "The Sail". It's quite a land mark in it's proportion over an area of low buildings. It did get a world winning award on the year it was finished, though Israeli Architects are seeing it as an brutal and aggressive saying.

The establishment of the Park was part of a world concept of the former Mayor of Haifa, Aba Hushi that asked to encourage values of solidarity and society.
