Note : Note It takes minimum 10 minutes and maximum 24 hours depending upon the following for completely processing a recording:
Server Queue - More number of recordings in queue means more time for processing. If lot of classes have been held during a particular period of the day, then it may take longer to process the recordings. Please wait for a day to see if your recordings work or not.
Problems in the session - If the session had issues like bandwidth issue at teacher/ attendee end, problem in transferring control or processing a content item, then recording can take longer or not process altogether
Length of session – Longer the session more time it would take for processing the recording. For example, a 30 minute session would be more quickly recorded than a 01 hour session.
Note : Note If no one attended the session or time in a session is less then a minute then there would be no recording
For longer sessions it would take more time to upload while viewing a recording. For classes, that were long or have a lot of slides, please be patient as the recordings are loaded. These can take as long as 05 minutes to load.
