Waves And Vibration- Review Of Topics

This lecture reviews a number of topics which were covered in past few lectures. Starting with traveling waves in a string it deals with e,m wave, its energy and power. The electric and magnetic field vectors are dealt with separately and are shown to be in phase. Poynting vector, nodes and antinodes are described.A brief discussion of propagation using wave guide is also included.
