Reasons For Shyness1. Poor Self-imageCase Study 1: Aman did not realise that he had unique abilities. He always thought that somebody else was more interesting and cooler than him, so he tried copying them and became more anxious and stressed.Case Study 2 : Reema thought herself to be cool because she was loud.She worked very hard to keep up her image of being LOUD.
