Description
Periodic motion is explained. Even an unsteady motion can be periodic.Frequency of an wobbling object, a ball bouncing up and down, a bottle wobbles in water or even passing wind, motion of electrons, motion of moon are all examples of periodic motion.Equation for a periodic motion is introduced. Application of the concept of S.H.M is applied to a spring system and the equivalence of a circular motion and to and fro motion is shown through a demonstration.differential equation for S.H.M is solved and physical pendulum discussed.
