The SC Midwife Laws discussed by Lisa AMan LM since 1986 Will go over the file from the laws we use and talk about Lic Midwives vs non Lic Midwives and how it effects practicing .Some of the Laws may change soon on hos we get students Lic here (Will require CPM 1st then can get SC Lic) We already use the NARMS test.MTB course still can be used doing PEP with NARMS to get CPM
