The decision to start the institute had an overriding consideration of making the best and optimal use of the resources at their disposal and establishing his own benchmarks in the arena of competitive coaching. Being driven by the objective of making the best use of the resources which in the context of his profile could be construed as a wealth of experience he had to his credit through his vast teaching experience in the IIT-JEE institutes of National repute, did he hit upon the idea of launching an institute for IIT-JEE training on his own. Because he had a strong belief in the fact that there could never be anything more practical and effective to exploit his inherent potential to the hilt with the best utilization of the resources than through the medium of a coaching institute.
