Magnetic field of a current carrying wire, force on a current carrying wire in a magnetic field, fields and forces from two current carrying wires.The lecture explains how electrons are used to make images on TV screen and demonstrates how a magnet placed near a TV screen can distort the image.Lorentz force is also included.Force and torque on current loop is explained with examples of current meters in cars. The teacher invites the students for a motor building contest for which the action of commutator etc are explained.
