Body Composition : Body Composition The amount of body fat vs. the amount of muscle you contain in your body. If your Body Mass Index (BMI) is 18.5 kg/m2 to 24.9 kg/m2 is considered a healthy person. And a person with a BMI of 30 kg/m2 or more are at a high risk of heart disease. How the elements of your body are made up.
