Description
Relationship between electric field and electric potential is explained. Equipotential surface is defined and its properties mentioned. Potential from components of electric field is calculated.Electric field inside a conductor is shown to be zero.Positive charge placed on heart shaped conductor shows that charge is distributed on the surface. Electrostatic shielding is explained with the example of a paint can having no charge inside. Another example of this phenomena is Faraday's cage which has been demonstrated.
