Slide 3 : We use instead of training, education, and that it’s not just a word game. IM is interested in creating a culture where everyone cares about their own knowledge and do everything that is possible in order to be an Active Learner.
So we focus on offering the other members, the support to use the IT tools but not to train them in how to use them. 1. Education Plan
2. Knowledge Management Plan : 2. Knowledge Management Plan It’s focused on “documenting” processes and sharing experiences using different ways (videos, documents, meetings,…)
Slide 5 :
Slide 6 : K-holes: lacks of knowledge in our members, or our processes. When we acknowledge something is missing
K-Oportunities: Seeking external aids to educate us, or identifying key moments when our members have a thirst of knowledge about a certain topic
K-Risks: Something we see everyday in AIESEC; high potential people who leave the organization without leaving a trace of the knowledge the hold, for the use of our current and future members. Also, key information that is stored in a single storage unit, that if destroyed is irreplaceable.
