Further Options: have a calendar put it in a Google calendar use a Gantt Chart So that is what you should/could do: 1. Take a flipchart and some cards. 2. Collect the different tasks for the next terms. 3. Make a timeline 4. Stick the moderation cards 5. Hang the flipchart up

Slide 15 : As the VP COM is responsible for the brand he should have seen all the important tools as they will give him the basic understanding of the brand which he should implement in his LC and take care of.
