Key for an effective match:
Their goal setting is about the themed based exchange they are going to have.
They know why they want to go on a social entrepreneurship exchange to Poland and what they want to learn.
NOW: at the end of the session give them a MoU with specific details of their process:
they are going to go on exchange to Poland in a Social Entrepreneurship internship.
They will be match in no less than 2 months on else they are out of the pool. (not of AIESEC =P)
They need have the MoU sign if they want to attend MRB!!
