Resolving Error User Already Exists.

Slide 1 : I got disconnected from the session and when I try to re-enter I get this error message……

Slide 2 : Basic steps to follow To resolve this error you can try these initial steps: Try closing the browser and reopening it to start the session again. Copy and paste the session link in a new browser window and then try launching the session again. Close the current browser and try launching a session from a different browser.

Slide 3 : If issue persists then try these steps Open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys together from your keyboard. This is how Task Manager looks

Slide 4 : Click on Processes tab Choose firefox.exe or explorer.exe file from here depending on the browser that you use. Click on End Process Tab

Slide 5 : Once You choose to end process Click on yes to terminate the program

Slide 6 : Once you launch the session again after all the steps you should be able to re-enter in it.
