Moodle structure : Moodle structure Blocks Teachers can use different blocks in Moodle. Each course homepage generally contains blocks. Blocks appear on the left or the right with centre column containing the course content. Blocks can be added, hidden, deleted, and moved up, down and left/right. To add a resource or an activity : To add a resource or an activity log in to your Moodle site go to the desired course ensure editing is turned on go to the topic / week where you would like the new resource or activity to be placed select either the 'Add a resource...' or 'Add an activity...' menu select the appropriate option from the pull down list

To add a forum: As an editing teacher for a course, click "Turn Editing On", Go to the topic or week section in which you want to create the forum. From the dropdown menu labeled "Add an activity", select "Forum". This will take you to the forum settings page titled "Adding a new forum" page. In an existing forum, use the "Update this forum" button to see the forum settings page.

Now reply to the forum by clicking on ‘reply’ : Now reply to the forum by clicking on ‘reply’ Write a subject line (discussion topic) :one-line summary of your question The subject line is like a advertisement. You want experts who know how to solve your problem to give you the answer. People scan the subject lines on a forum. The subject line should let them know what your problem is about.
