Your sessions are recorded automatically on WiZiQ For basic members recordings are deleted after 30 days. Note : Note It takes minimum 10 minutes and maximum depending upon the following for completely processing a recording:
Server Queue - how many recordings are to be processed at a given time. More number of recordings in queue means more time for processing
Any problems in the session - bandwidth issue or content upload issue, then recording takes longer or might have to be generated manually
The length of session – Longer the session more time it would take for processing the recording
Note : Note If no one attended the session or time in a session is less then a minute then there would be no recording
For longer sessions it would take more time to upload while viewing a recording
