Re: LEGAL NOTIFICATION

The Violations

In accordance with the Rules of Civil Procedure you are hereby advised that we believe that you Chandra Roy-Henriksen and other unknown persons at the United Nations have violated the provisions of the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People (DRIP), And the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and The International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (CERD) and such other acts as we may designate at a future time.

Further, we believe that you have violated the provisions of the Civil Rights Acts to include the Civil Rights Act of 1964, prohibiting discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, and national origin by federal and state governments as well as some public places. And the Civil Rights Act of 1991, providing the right to trial by jury on discrimination claims and introducing the possibility of emotional distress damages, while limiting the amount that a jury could award to certain others. These laws when broken constitute a Felony in the United States where the alleged crimes took place.
